Have a lovely dinner of poached salmon at a lively bistro, head back to the apartment and shake off jet lag long enough to post on your blog, Twitter, FB, Instagram, email family and collapse in joyful contentment.

This was my day, dear friends, and you were in my thoughts throughout.

love,

  • I don’t think it gets more perfect than that…Happy Belated Birthday wishes to you! Oh my gosh, that hot chocolate looks divine…it reminds me of the incredible hot chocolate I once had at a cafe in Heidelberg, Germany. I haven’t had anything better since! Thanks, as always, for sharing your incredibly beautiful photos.

  • Dear Georgianna, David Austen roses are beautiful and made even more so because of your artistic eye and excellent photography skills.
