Hello, my friends! Here is the first of several posts about my recent trip to Florence, and a very exciting opportunity to have your own place in this Renaissance jewel.
At the invitation of my long time friends and collaborators at Paris Perfect and Italy Perfect. I stayed in one of their newest properties in the heart of the city. And when I say “heart”, I mean that literally. Imagine walking out of your apartment and being just steps from the Ponte Vecchio and a few minutes from all the major monuments and museums? I could truly not imagine a more perfect location to call home while in Florence. And it could be yours – read on for details!
The famous Ponte Vecchio, above, and the Duomo, below.
Have you ever dreamed of living the dolce vita in Florence Tuscany, home of the Renaissance with masterworks on every corner? I certainly lived that dream during my stay. Here is my home base while I was in Florence – an elegant, newly-renovated and stylish two-bedroom, two-bathroom top floor apartment with a double terrace overlooking the rooftops of the city.
The Maestro apartment is the latest offering in the company’s highly-successful fractional ownership program. For far less than you might imagine, you can become a co-owner of this gem, an ideal location from which to explore Florence and all of Tuscany.
It has proven so popular that shares are already nearly sold out so I rushed to give you a tour.
The beautiful terrace with both an eating and a sitting area.
The terrace opens off the comfortable living area with a velvet sofa and swivel chairs.
The kitchen and dining area, with its stunning mural and classic furnishings.
The master bedroom suite features Italian elegance, an amazing bed and its own terrace and bathroom
The second bedroom is cozy and appointed with the same beautiful details found throughout the apartment. Its accompanying bathroom is like a spa retreat.
Your future home? Why not? As we’ve all learned, life can take unexpected turns and dreams should be pursued with vigor while we have the chance, which is why I gave up my old life to live in Paris full time.
Read all the details on this property and contact my friends Madelyn and Lisa at Paris Perfect and Italy Perfect for all the information on fractional ownership, which takes the hassle and uncertainty out of European homeownership. You can email sales@vacationperfect.com for more information.
La Dolce Vita awaits!
Ciao!

These pictures are absolutely dreamy Georgianna! I visited Florence for the first time in 2018 and I can’t wait to go back to that magical city! I’m so intrigued by the “co owner” apartment concept. I hope to learn more about it in the future. Thanks again for sharing your beautiful travels with us through your photography.

Hi Lily! I’m so glad you enjoyed this first post of Florence images. It is very magical, indeed!
Here is a link for more info on the co-ownership program. It’s really a wonderful opportunity to have a base in Europe!

Grazie Georgianna for sharing your exciting Firenze’s escapade via your fantastic photos.
This last October, inspired by your article on Belle Ile En Mer- Bretagne, we visited this place and Sauzon.
Sauzon under the rain was nothing similar the marvelous and sunny Sauzon featured in your August post.
Overall we did have a wonderful time during this autumn visit, minus the crowd.
Thank you for sharing your wonderful “pérégrinations” with stunning photos.

Bonjour, Tiffany! Thank you so much for telling me about your visit to Belle Île. I’m so sorry that you didn’t have the perfect summer weather but I do hope you enjoyed it, nevertheless. To be honest, it was TOO hot this past summer there. I think that, no matter the weather, it is a lovely escape. And thank you for following along my peregrinations (what a wonderful word, isn’t it?)!
