An entire week with no flower photos posted? What’s gotten into me?

but never released.
Now seemed like maybe a good time.
They’re a bit different. But I’d love your opinion.
We are heading into a week of sunshine so I will be out shooting and have lots to share.
Thank you to everyone who stops in and especially you lovely people that follow me here.
May something truly wonderful happen for you today.

OMG, they are gorgeous! I love love love the painted background you've added, it's perfect. I keep looking at them over and over again…
well I love them, rather special with their backgrounds, gives them a rather pastel feel. I especially like the top two, they are my colours :) We still have snow here, no flowers outside so I have been taking photos indoors of some lovely flowers my fiance gave me for Valentines. Hugs, Catherine x
These are extraordinarily beautiful!
Absolute sunshine and beauty…that is what your beautiful post added to my day here in Nashville! When I operated my tea room in Seattle I spent a lot of time in Snohomish buying sweet items to fill all three tea rooms. Thank you for generating fond memories. Your blog is lovely!

Wow, what a beautiful series! They are all so gorgeous and you did a terrific job with the textures. So much spring – thanks for sharing!
Hi, I've only just discovered your blog, those flowers are absolutely beautiful… Thanks for sharing :-)
SO beautiful Giorgianna!
My favorite? Second from top, unusual angle… But all are so pretty and perfect.
I wish I could shoot flowers so well! I'm terrible, but having fun trying to improve… I got this lovely bunch of little white tulips yesterday at the market and tried to take some styled pics. maybe I'll share one so I can get some suggestion from you professinals out there!
Ciao!
Suze
PS: I'm so happy you like my new "parasol" header!
Hi my lovely
these are very different to your usual styles but equally as stunning. The backgrounds bring out the flowers color, I especially like the yellow stripe on the White tulip. Nature is so clever isn't she. Xx
[Oh my! GEORGIANNA I mispelled your name above! So sorry, that's how I would write it in Italian!
Shame on me…]
Wow, thank you all so much!
Suze – don't worry – I'm thrilled to have my name spelled the Italian way! :)
Georgianna these are exquisite! I especially love the first one with that soft pink against the blue textured background. Your work is so very gorgeous. We've actually had two days of sunshine but more rain and cold on the way, snow in the higher elevations. I hope spring comes soon so I can try my new lens outdoors! ♥
Georgianna, your photos are stunning. The background colors are sensational. They must be hand painted. They look like the walls I paint, thin color on top of color.

Oooo, they are so beautiful! You are such an inspiration to me — I'm going to have to try something like that! :)
Wow! So beautiful! I am madly in love with tulips and have been craving imagages of them to help get me through this long winter. Lovely (and lovely blog as well).
I loved the texture work! These photographs are like paintings. And I'm a fan of your work.
These are stunning! Absolutely gorgeous! I love tulips. :-)
I found your blog through "Such a Wondrous Place This Faery Space" and I absolutely adore your work. These photos are incredible; I love them. You should put them into digital collage sheets. I make jewelry, and would love to have them for my soldered pieces. All the best. Sheila
your work is beautiful
so painterly!
