Bonjour, my friends! With the sudden change in weather, we have leapt into full holiday mode here in Paris. I’ve made a first round of the holiday decorations, beginning with the always-spectacular tree at Galeries Lafayette. The display includes a 2-minute light show every 1/2 hour.
See a video of the light show on my Instagram HERE.
The displays at Ladurée are always charming and festive. Above, Ladurée Bonaparte and below, the Ladurée on Rue de Castiglione.
Just two blocks from the apartment, the Ralph Lauren store can be counted upon for lavish displays.
Can’t go wrong with red and white stripes! Always holiday-ready at Bar du Marché on Rue de Buci.
Dior’s annual hot air balloon on Rue Saint-Honoré. Below, Dior’s new installation across the street – a sparkling blue and gold star.
I’m not a luxury bag kind of girl but the displays at Dior are incredible!
And across the street is Chanel whose theme this year is a giant pearl necklace and bow.
The displays on Place Vendome are also extra twinkly this year.

The Louis Vuitton golden sun shines again and their charming window displays feature Parisian landmarks.
I hope you’ve enjoyed this first collection of festive images from Paris. I’ll be out on the (freezing cold) streets this coming week to bring you more.
Update: See Part II of this report HERE! And a post from London HERE.
Happy Holidays!
