Sending you a necklace of hearts today to say thank you for your many recent visits and comments. Even though I may not have gotten back to you yet, know I read and cherish every word you share.
I especially loved reading all your favorite “scented” memories, and was struck by how many were from a very early age.
The Bleeding Hearts in our garden are quite vigorous already this year. But these are from the Woodland Park grounds.
Nature is the world’s best and original color consultant and designer.
Don’t you love the combination of the hot pink flowers with the chartreuse and yellow leaves? Bold, daring, thrilling and gorgeous. Who needs a color wheel? Just look out the window – all anyone needs to know about color already exists.

Dear Georgianna, another spectacular post. Am always so excited when I see your beautiful photographs. The bleeding hearts and chartreuse, green and yellow backgrounds are sensational.
But what are you doing up in the middle of the night?

Thank you, everyone! Gina, sometimes my days are so full that late night is my only chance for blogging. But it wasn't quite the middle of the night! That will change as the days get longer since I'm always up with the sun. So, earlier to sleep. xo

Well thanks, and right back at you! And I heart your art, as well! Here is the funny and perplexing part, how could you begin weeding all your photos? Knowing your vision and your high quality, I highly doubt you take a bad shot:) So, you honestly should just start now on the Georgianna Lane Library/Gallery! All the photos filling tomes of gorgeous books and lining the light-filled walls! I could never pick just a few of your photos! Well, done gushing. But, really keep snapping away, we all appreciate it! Blessings and beautiful light to you, Amy

I took a quick look at the bleeding hearts in my yard last week….*gasp* without a camera in hand. I was seriously trying to get yard work done before the last bit of my energy was gone!! So at least I can enjoy your images today.
Maybe there will still be some left next week when I might have another minute to spare:)
Thanks for sharing yours!

Another lush series of images, I just love the colour here, everything is sparkling :) I can't believe you've been getting those temperatures already! Winter has been slow to thaw here and we have really only been seeing nice spring weather in the last 2 weeks. Unfortunately it's to our detriment now as the good weather is keeping that ash cloud hanging over Europe!! Fingers crossed it's on its last legs now, we need it to blow away lol.
