I’ve been collecting up these images for the better part of a year and finally decided to bring them out to play as we are having days and days and days of clear, bright sunshine and starry, moonlit nights. And badminton, watermelon, bees and butterflies. I love this time of year!
Thank you for all your sweet comments on the English roses! And welcome to new visitors and followers – I humbly thank you and hope your time here brightens your day.
Looking forward to visiting all of you!

Another series of beautiful images that simple take my breath away, love it!
It's a poetry of pretty….it's so much like the flowers themselves posed specifically for the camera…:)
What beautiful dreamy soft photos – I love the lavender in fact I love them all. simply gorgeous.

You always brighten my day-your talent amazes me!!! These are all beautiful.
Enjoy your day,

Just gorgeous! I love the tiny flowers!
Donna
I love the way you processed these G, so soft and romantic!
I always have a dilemma when editing, because I have a hard time letting go of the crispness and clarity, but at the same time I love this look too!
When presented all together like this, the look is quite stunning!! I guess I need to do 2 versions of all my photos:)
Are these all from your garden?
Those are fantastic photos. So Lovely and soft.
J'aime la vie en rose et celle-ci est particulièrement belle !
Wonderful captures, they are so dreamy looking. Stunning!
I am just in awe of this technique G – every one of these photos is fabulous and I tried to pick a favourite but couldn't because I liked each one equally.
Thanks for sharing this talent of yours with us.

Love the pink tints…so pretty!
Thank you, dear friends!
Sylvia, I really know what you mean. My inclination is to keep images exactly as shot because that's reality, right? And who can improve on nature? But sometimes it's fun to create an alternate reality, not better, just different. Oh, gosh, these are not all from my garden but the one with the picket fence and Chinese lantern is from our upper garden. The rest are various places from England to our city rose garden to the lavender fields, all taken last year.
It's a glorious day here, clearer than clear. Have an equally beautiful Sunday everyone and thank you for stopping by. xo
Absolutely beautiful images Georgianna! Summer is the most wonderful time of the year!
hugs
Oh so sweet! Love the pink tones on all those pics. Simply gorgeous! I love this time of the year too but today we had a day with rain and it was kind of nice too. I've spent almost the whole day reading…Have a great Sunday evening and week ahead! xo

Very nice images. Hope you are having a great week.
Those are SOOOOO beautiful! I especially love the paper lantern!!!
Oh, G. This purple and pink delight. I am suffering from a surfeit of beauty. You are a wonder, my friend. A wonder.
I could not pick a favorite if I had to – they are all so beautiful, G!!!
Wow how delightful and gorgeous!
Love all.

Thank you so much, everyone! Valerie, it's a fairly simple technique in Photoshop to shift the colors. I also lighten them but basically you desaturate and remove most colors but red, then lighten. Gosh, I'd love to put together a tutorial but can't promise when! We've been gone again all yesterday shooting so today is catching up… xo
I'm so much in love with these images! Their tender pink tones and soft light are so charming!! Eagerly waiting for your tutorial…though I'm afraid I can't do this much with my very non-professional Canon powershot:)
