Dearest G, this is really beautiful! Thanks so much for sharing it with us and im loving the sound of those wonderful birds! Have a lovely merry happy week and love to you!
A beautiful sunrise framed by the trees. Don't you love it when you're in the right place at the right time? Thanks for sharing this photo G and happy summer to you. Judith
A beautiful sunrise…though you know the old saying: "Red at night, shepherd's delight, red in the morning, shepherd's warning" ;-) Love from London x PS: Thanks for adding me to your side bar, I've only just noticed xo
The birds are majorly robins, with I believe some wrens and chickadees, plus the occasional noisy crow cawing in the distance.
At this time of year, I'm always up by 4:00. I hate to miss any of the daylight. Our house is on a hill and the solstice sun rises over the Cascade mountains right between the break in the trees outside our bedroom window so I don't have to go far to photograph it!
Hi Georgianna, Thank you for your visit and your lovely comment! We did the BYW together. You have such a wonderful and beautiful blog that I visit often. Great photographs!! All the best, Ingrid xx
What a gorgeous sunrise! I love waking up hearing the birds sing and the sun come in my bedroom through the window. Hope you are having a wonderful week!
I had a quick look at this on the solstice morning and played your beautiful birdsong recording as I was eating my breakfast! It was such a joy to listen to, living in the city the dawn chorus is never the same as at home in the country. I LOVE how you record it and share it with us here G, it makes my visits here all the more special xx

You are making me rethink my entire vacation. Maybe we should go to Seattle instead of visiting family. It's only a 50th wedding anniversary. ha.
